“I was born and raised on a farm, I’m the third generation – first my grandparents farmed, then my parents took it over, then me.” Joseph Fields.


The family has been farming all of their lives, but Joseph parents, Robert Sr. and Nancy Fields were the ones who instilled the principles of farming in their children while they were growing up. Farming is the love of my life. As such, I became a full time farmer in 1973 and became the sole proprietor of Joseph Fields Farms.

Helen Fields is the heart of the farm, blending warmth with sharp attention to detail.
She works alongside Joseph, keeping a careful eye on the farm’s finances and bookkeeping.
Her passion for fresh, healthy food shines in both her kitchen and community work.
Together, she and Joseph cultivate not just crops, but a way of life rooted in family and purpose.

J.J. Fields, Joseph and Helen’s son, keeps the farm connected to its community.
He’s in charge of deliveries, ensuring fresh produce reaches customers with care.
With energy and dedication, JJ bridges the work of the farm to local tables.
Proud to carry on the family legacy, he’s helping shape the farm’s future.

XAVIER "CJ" DILLAHUNT
CJ works the land with skill and heart, learning and guiding the farm through each season’s cycle. Taught by his granddad from a young age, he nurtures the soil with deep respect for their legacy.
As the next-generation farmer, he bridges tradition and innovation with quiet determination. With every sunrise, "C.J."grows not just crops, but the future of the farm itself.
